@LuciDalgety Visual communication inspiration - observations, sketches, patterns and rhythm.
About Me
I graduated from University of the Arts London with a 2.1 Post Graduate Certificate in Design for Visual Communication.
Combining this with over 20 years’ experience in the London advertising industry, devising and delivering big ideas for FTSE 100 clients I bring expertise and design thinking to every brief.
All that experience has given me insights into audiences across a variety of categories - from supermarkets and technology providers to soft drinks and tea bags. I’ve worked on music and Christmas partnership strategies, learning about families and millennials to name a few, so it’s likely that I’ve come across some of your target audience before.
And the thing I love the most?
really Getting to know each and every business I work with.
This curiosity enables me to fine tune my recommendations, mixing in data and creativity for super effective results.
My focus is to help ambitious enterprises use design and communications for growth, taking all my learnings from media, big business and creative strategy to get results.
The Design Council 2018 study “Design Economy” states that of the 1006 businesses surveyed, only 60% invest in design (systems, visual design or product design). However, 54% said that visual design was important for competitiveness and sales turnover.

It’s hard to argue with that. Using graphic design and creating a visual strategy to help grow your business also brings with it research and development, bringing an outside perspective to customer communication.
Helping ambitious enterprises use design and communications effectively.
A considered approach to design and marketing communications, with a steady commitment can reward businesses in the same way that long-term advertising planning will also build a brand and grow your business.
